This is computer category is mixed with health. Do you beleive with F@H/Seti@Home you could cure peoples? How could you beleive it?

SETI@Home definitely will NOT cure anyone. It’s designed for detecting signals in space … hopefully, extra-terrestrial ones.
Folding@Home, however, does claim to help scientists in finding treatments for various conditions.

No they let computers do the work. Go to the site below — SETI@home. You can download a screen saver that will do analysis for them when you’re not busy on your computer.

Not at all. Any chance to discover intelligent life not native to Earth would be amazing and worth every chance of trying to discover. The SETI program also has helped out with many other astronomy/cosmology related information.
Question: Why do so many people hate the noblest of human endeavors? Eg., the UN, NASA, SETI, etc…?
Such programs, while possibly not successful, or possibly not having commercial application, are the programs that also have the greatest possible intentions, ie., world peace, guaranteeing the survival of the species, enlightenment. Why is there so much hate aimed at any type of true advancements like these?

Question: Has the government really kidnapped people and used them as human test subjects at Area 51 against their will?
I’ve played the PS2 game “Area 51″, and the thing I found the most disturbing about the game is that in the game, not only is there a viral outbreak at Area 51, but random people get captured and brought there against their own will and are used as human test subjects with their organs cut out and that they are those little aliens called “Grays” that aren’t even the ones being operated on, the aliens actually get to operate on those captive humans?!
WTF? Has this sh#t really happened?
Has this stuff ever at least been foiled?
What if a government agent tried to kidnap one of my family members, I saw them off in the distance and I stopped them someone and rescured them from the van and called the police?
Or was that game designed to pis# the gamer off and put disturbing thoughts in their heads?

Security has been a lot tighter down there. Area 51 has been less popular because people have been getting into trouble down there a lot more. It’s not as popular to do the skywatch, but it’s not like the “old times.”
Question: Why do some people think SETI has nothing to do with our media?
When in fact, the same rules apply to the media we broadcast as to media potentially being broadcast from other intelligent life.
After 2 light years our own signals break down into noise, just like sound does in less time.
