The firm`s main products include the Global Positioning System (GPS) based Automatic Vehicule Location (AVL) hardware unit, a Fleet Tracking stand-alone software, a centralized Command  Center, an Emergency Response Program, and Roadside Assistance. The company supplies two main markets including: 1) Government  products for police, medical emergency, fire fighting and military forces; 2)  commercial products for service fleets such as courier, trucking  and container companies. 

Skytrackers has built solid relationships with key AVL clients and suppliers. Some of the company`s clients include multinational corporations dedicated to distribution of consumer goods, courier services, high tech security and others. Skytrackers also has and exclusive agreement  with local Skytec, Inc. to supply the SkyOne ™ product. This cheaper yet more powerful product is a great alternative for the Puerto Rico, as well as, international market. Furthermore, its data intelligence subsystems allow the company to offer a wide range of non-AVL applications, such as inventory control and electronic transactions. The SkyOne ™ product on the other hand is a radio-based and or digital cellular assembled from smaller components, resulting in a very affortable and compact unit. Data transmission is much more cost effective over a radio and or digital cellular network than the analog cellular means due to the flat rate rather than incremental fees. SkyOne ™ is assembled from standard industry components at a local contract manufacturer allowing Skytrackers to focus on its core competency of research and development of new applications.
